Aeris Danet

Fifteen year old American actress Aeris Danet is from the southwest suburbs of Chicago. Aeris is a member of SAG-AFTRA and The Independent Film Alliance of Chicago.  

in the spring of 2025 Aeris Danet made her directorial, writing and producing debut with her horror short NEBULOUS. An official selection of the Chicago Horror Film Festival (CHFF) making Aeris Danet the youngest filmmaker to premiere at the prestigious film festival. NEBULOUS was nominated in two categories and Aeris walked away with the win for "BEST HORROR 1st TIME DIRECTOR for NEBULOUS", an accolade that has catapulted Aeris Danet onto the list of youngest indie horror directors. Considered to be one of the largest festivals in the world for the indie horror genre,  CHFF selected only 223 horror films from around the globe.  The next stop for NEBULOUS, Milwaukee Horror Con. Sept 5-7.

Aeris Danet and her creation of NEBULOUS have been making headlines across news outlets, film publications and even magazines dedicated to the genre of horror. As NEBULOUS continues making it's way across the horror film fest circuit Aeris Danet is slated appear on various podcasts discussing her passion for writing, directing horror and her plan to turn NEBULOUS into a feature film.
