Aeris Danet

Fifteen year old American actress Aeris Danet is from the southwest suburbs of Chicago. She is a member of SAG-AFTRA, The Independent Film Alliance of Chicago and an Award Winning Director/Writer/Producer/Star of the teen horror short "NEBULOUS". 

in 2025 Aeris Danet made her directorial, writing, producing and starring debut in her proof of concept short NEBULOUS. An official selection of the Chicago Horror Film Festival (CHFF),  making Aeris Danet the youngest filmmaker to premiere at the prestigious film festival. Nominated in two categories BEST HORROR 1st TIME DIRECTOR Aeris Danet for NEBULOUS & BEST STUDENT HORROR FILM/CHICAGO,IL.  Aeris Danet walked away with the winning award for BEST HORROR 1st TIME DIRECTOR for NEBULOUS. CHFF is now considered to be one of the largest festivals in the world for the indie horror genre, selecting only 223 horror films from around the globe. The official selection, nominations and win has catapulted 15 year old Aeris Danet onto the  youngest indie horror director list.

NEBULOUS is currently making headlines and sweeping awards across the horror film fest circuit. The next viewing of NEBULOUS in Milwaukee, WI at Milwaukee Horror Con. Sept 5-7

In her spare time Aeris enjoys the process of writing, everything from short stories, books, screenplays and lyrics. She is taking electric guitar lessons and frequents concert venues throughout the midwest, local music festivals like Lollapalooza and Riot Fest to see her favorite bands play live.
